Over 28 years of experience in Family Medicine, Dr Chavez specializes in family medicine, non operative orthopedics and minor outpatient surgery. His mission is to inspire those seeking their optimal health, wellness, and healing through efficient service, quality consultations, and my core values: integrity and respect.
Judith Goykhman
Judith Goykhman is a nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Judith has treated patients of all ages and stages and is passionate about helping her patients feel their best. She has experience working in pediatrics, geriatrics, mental health and adult internal medicine. Her specific interests include chronic disease management, women’s health and mental health.
She looks forward to getting to know the patients at M.Chavez MD, SC and hopes it will be the start of a long-lasting relationship with them and their families.
